kitein: ugh not being able to play by ear makes me feel like a half pianist :( I gotta find the shikon jewel and become a full fledged pianist I remember a theory teacher telling me once to try to develop tonal vision by listening to a score and then reading sheet music as it plays and eventually you apparently gain the ability to pick it up and transcribe it I just suck at picking anything...
